Welcome to Excursions Radio and thanks for stopping by, I am your friendly neighbourhood Excursions host Sean Quinlan. Excursions started as a dream that bloomed into reality as a radio show, before transforming into its own station. For as long as I can remember the music you hear on Excursions has helped me navigate my depression and anxiety, each album and song coming together like my own protective  Ironman suit. Every song you hear on Excursions Radio has been purchased and comes from my personal collection that just like the universe is ever expanding in all directions at an alarming rate. What do you do with all that great music after you collect it ? Share it of course! If these artists and songs have helped and inspired me through hard times then there are others out there that could use them too.
